This workshop will cover the basics of alignment in foundational yoga poses, modifications to fit individual needs and basic breathwork techniques. Come find out how this alignment work can help make your strength training more effective as well as soften some of the tightness that naturally comes with getting stronger and everyday life. Modifications make each pose accessible to everyone's individual strength/flexibility level. Basic breathwork techniques can be used to great effect in your regular life as a way to relieve stress and tune in to the body.
Genevieve has been practicing yoga since 2006, teaching since 2014 and has over 400 hours of training. Her focus is on making yoga accessible and letting practitioners experience how even a small amount of practice can slowly transform the way we think, feel, and move.
